Here's an underrated flick made in Georgia by some indie filmmakers from Hollywood. Normally that would preclude the film from my definition of "regional," but this one makes the cut thanks to director Tucker Johnston, who previously worked on Southern Shockers with this film's co-writer, Ken Sanders.
